The system is a kind of glass-structure heat tube that can make film with shading A1-N/A1 selectively absorbing surface effect in the vacuum condition based on the DC magnetron sputtering plating theory. When the solar illumination is 900W/m2, the air stagnation temperature can reach 270 °C. It can make various films such as pure metal films, alloy films, metallic compound films etc. by means of changing the target materials & substrates & changing the process.
